Working with partners including BT, we’ve delivered UK “firsts” in the public sector for e-Democracy and online crime reporting, some very cool projects (including a live dial-in IVR feed for Big Brother season 2), and projects that were ahead of their time (Real-Time-Text for the hearing-impaired, long before IM chat became a thing).
